Zume Builders specializes in building Custom Stick Built Homes, ADUs and Prefabricated New Homes in the Los Altos and Palo Alto Areas. We further specialize in Massive Renovation and Addition Projects in the Hillsborough and Burlingame Areas. We started building ADUs well ahead of the big demand of 2020 (due to Covid-19 restrictions). While the ADU derived its name from the "in-law unit" in 2020/21 it was commonly built as a home office in the backyard due to Covid-19 restraints. Demand for the ADU continues to grow in 2023.The ADU is also great for rental income as it is an immediate return on investment! We aim at exceeding client needs and expectations.
